Good way to help armies rise!

#1: All you workers out there must be exhausted of recruiting for armies. But I have a plan to help armies rise! If you workers have armies that aren’t currently rising but atleast have recruits. You should merge that army to the army that you are helping! Mabey we should make random armies and have friends join it and gather people up and merge it into the army you are helping!

#2: But I also have another good idea kinda. I think each worker should have there own partener. So each would have 2 or 3 workers helping so it would be faster rising. I hope these ideas are good.
