CPSAAP

What is the CPSAAP? A site in itself, and a “division” of the UTR. At the same time, we’re sister sites. The CPSAAP are led by Eco, and he is a dedicated worker here.

CPSAAP is UTR but in a different point of view. CPSAAP helps armies rise, then they graduate once they get big enough. So you might want to try both, or at least one of either UTR or CPSAAP. If you find their services troubling just leave a comment on our complaints page. Remember that CPSAAP works a lot different, so pick what you like best, but remember our sister site!
